​​Each athlete receives a 12-week personalized training program built around their background, fitness level, goals, and event focus heading into cross country.
Athletes get access to a nutrition seminar and fueling guides from Amy Stephens to help them better support training and recovery.
Athletes also receive a 12-week strength training plan from Dylan Brickner designed to support distance running performance.
