  • Coached Westfield girls sprinters and relays that set 17 school records from 2023 to 2024

  • Coached Westfield to their first sectional state championship in school history, including 2 state champions

  • Old Bridge High School- 8 State Champions, 2 National Champions.

  • First coach in New Jersey history to coach two athletes from the same high school under 1:50 for 800m

MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Great coaching starts with understanding the athlete in front of you.

There is no one size fits all formula in this sport. The best training plans are built around the individual, not forced from a template. My coaching is centered on smart progression, honest communication, and helping athletes understand the purpose behind the training.

I also believe heavily in science-based training. My background in exercise physiology has played a big role in how I approach program design and the training process as a whole.

The goal is not just to work hard. The goal is to train the right way, stay consistent, and continue improving over time.

Every athlete is different. Training should reflect your event, background, strengths, weaknesses, and goals.

I have coached athletes from sprint relays to 5000m, cross country to the roads, which gives me a broad lens on development and performance.

My coaching is shaped by experience from both sides of the sport: years competing at a high level and years developing athletes across multiple levels.

Good coaching is more than sending workouts. Athletes need structure, feedback, and a clear understanding of why they are doing what they are doing.
