    I’ll take a close look at your past training to figure out what’s worked, what hasn’t, and where we can level up your performance.

  • Weekly Performance Assessments
    Every week, I’ll check in on your training logs, give you feedback, and make adjustments to keep you on track and improving.

  • Fully Customized Training Plan Via Final Surge
    Your training plan will be 100% tailored to you—your fitness level, your goals, and your race preferences, whether it’s the 800m or a marathon. With Final Surge, you have access to communication, training, and other resources all from your phone or desktop.

  • Dynamic Training Adjustments
    Life happens, and that’s okay! I’ll tweak your plan as needed based on your progress, schedule changes, or upcoming races.
